$250-450/hr
Services required after 6 pm or on weekends will be charged a one-hour minimum and an additional $80/hr.  On-site Services require a one-hour minimum charge, travel time is still complimentary.  

For those who use our services frequently, we strongly recommend taking advantage of reduced retainer rates to manage costs.

Reduced retainer rates are available in blocks of as little as 3 hours per month when paid in advance.

In order to minimize labor on systems, it is important to replace any aging equipment before it fails.

The average recommended life expectancy for servers is 6-7 years, desktops 4-6 years, and laptops 3-4 years.

We are also strongly encouraging our monthly monitoring and management service plans including Server Monitoring with C3 Managed Backups, and Desktop/Laptop Anti-Virus and Patching enforcement. Being prepared for the next virus outbreak is of the utmost importance, and clients without coverage in place are at risk.  If we have not implemented a plan for your business, please get in touch so that we can perform an assessment ASAP.
